Do you long to just “Be”?
The name “Be” for my practice reflects my belief in the transformative power of the Spinal Flow Technique. This holistic modality helps release spinal blockages caused by stress and trauma, allowing you to reconnect with your true self.
So what exactly does it mean to just “Be”? It means allowing the flow of life and the world to move as it will, without the need to control. It means being open and receptive to the truth that is here, to the love and the peace that are available. It means being present in the moment and experiencing what it is to be alive as a conscious being in this world. It means to “Be” in a way that is your true nature. Say and do things that come from the heart, not the mind.
When your nervous system is dysregulated, it interferes with your ability to simply “Be”. Spinal blockages are not just the root cause of pain, dis-ease and illness but it can also make you feel like -you don’t have enough life force or energy. -you are too busy thinking and your head is about to explode -your thoughts are not in alignment with your body -you need to swallow your thoughts and ideas -you feel like you cannot speak your truth. -taking the weight of the world on your shoulders -you try to protect or hide your heart, rarely prioritizing yourself. -disempowered and don’t have enough drive to get through life, feel withdrawn. -you are stuck in the past, can’t move forward or make a decision. -your body is stuck in the fight:flight response and trying to survive rather than thrive.
By releasing spinal blockages, you can regulate your nervous system and restore your mind and body connection so you can simply “Be”.
