When you come in, we will
Review your health history and discuss your health and well-being goals.
Conduct a full postural, gateway and palpation assessment of your spine to identify physical, chemical and emotional blockages.
Review our findings and recommend a personalized care plan to help you achieve your health and well-being goals.

We provide complimentary re-assessment after 12 sessions. This will allow us to see the progress we've made, reflect on your health goals and celebrate your successes!
When you start to feel better and your goals are being met, you can forget how far you've come so it is important to stop and celebrate!
Session packages are non refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase. Unused sessions cannot be refunded or extended after the expiration date.

Duration for Spinal Flow sessions for children vary according to age. For infants and toddlers, sessions are usually less than 10min. For older children, around 15min.
When introducing your child to the benefits of Spinal Flow, we understand that working with young children especially infants and toddlers requires flexibility and creativity. During Spinal Flow sessions, we'll adapt our techniques to keep them happy and engaged, whether they're on their parent's lap, positioning them on their parent's tummy or the treatment table, or even nursing. We are here to support you and your child every step of the way.
